    General Notes: WEST NYACK, N.Y., July 30 (AP) -Harold Parrott, a former sportswriter and baseball executive, died today. He was 78 years old.

    Mr. Parrott wrote about sports for The Brooklyn Eagle and later became the traveling secretary with the Brooklyn Dodgers. He moved with the club to Los Angeles in 1958 and became the ticket manager. He also served as a ticket manager for the San Diego Padres and the Seattle Pilots and as a promotion manager for the California Angels.

    He is survived by his wife, Josephine, and three sons, Todd, Peter and Brian.

    Marriage Notes: The marriage of Miss Josephine Agnes Brady, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wilfred T.. Brady of 7134 Central Ave., Queens, and Harold Francis Parrott, son of Mr. and Mrs. Sidney H. Parrott of 164-07 Hawtree Ave., Howard Beach, took place yesterday morning in the Church of the Sacred Heart, Glendale. The Rev. Father Sherman performed the ceremony which was followed by a small reception at the Hotel St. George. Only the families were present at the ceremony and at the reception.

    Joseph J. Gorevin was best man for Mr. Parrott. The bridegroom was graduated from St. John's University where he received his M.A. degree in 1930, and is a member of the Phi Delta Phi fraternity. He is a member of the sports staff of the Brooklyn Daily Eagle.

    Mr. and Mrs. Parrott will go to South American on their wedding trip and upon their return will live at 3613 Avenue D.

    General Notes: Tod H. Parrot of Corona del Mar CA and Mamaroneck,NY passed away yesterday morning in Greenwich (CT) Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Tod was born on June 30, 1937 in New York City, baptized at St. Patrick's Cathedral and was raised in Rockaway Beach . Tod graduated from Brooklyn Prep and the College of the Holy Cross. After serving in OCS at Fort Benning, Tod began a 40 plus year career in the financial services industry.. Tod still served as Managing Partner of Rockaway Partners and Founding Trustee of The Bonfire Foundation. Tod is survived by his devoted wife of 44 years, Peggie, his daughters Heather (John Diver) of Farmington, CT, Traci (Bob DeConcini) of Harrison NY, Kristen (Duke Mulvoy) also of Harrison, Colleen (Joe Ogilvie) of Austin,TX. 12 adoring grandchildren Colleen, Christina, Lily, Lauren, Ellie, Courtney, John, Kaitlin, Lindsey, Gavin, PJ and Mark.     4. Lynn Francis Parrott (Harold Francis2, Sidney Harold1) was born on 13 Jan 1939 in Brooklyn, Kings County, New York and died on 4 Jan 2017 in New York at age 77.

    General Notes: Lynn Francis Parrott was born January 13, 1939, at Wickersham Hospital in Brooklyn - the second son of four boys to Harold and Josephine (Brady) Parrott.

    He grew up in Rockaway Beach, NY attended St.Francis de Sales elementary school, Brooklyn Prep High School and graduated from Holy Cross College with a BS in Marketing and commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force.

    In 1960 Lynn married his childhood sweetheart and served for 3 years in Tripoli, Libia where their first 2 children were born and a third when they returned to the USA.

    Lynn moved his family to Congers in 1965 and began a career on Madison Avenue at Barton, Barton & Durston ad agency and then as Director of Advertising and Marketing for Pepsi Cola International for 20 years. His second career was marketing financial products with John Hancock until his retirement in 2005.

    Lynn was an outstanding student athlete - in high school he was all city in baseball and played against Joe Tori. He was the "batboy" for the Brooklyn Dodgers in the mid-forties. He played and coached baseball (CYO) and little league. He was a top tennis player and platform tennis player at the Nyack Field Club for 40 years -golf was also his passion.

    He has been an active member in St. Paul's church in Congers , St. Francis of Assisi and most recently St. Gregory Barbarito and the American Legion.

    His greatest passion was his family -his wife of 56 years -his three children and 8 grandchildren. He was a great gentleman and a loyal friend, fierce competitor and full of "Poppy stories". He will be missed and celebrated for all he taught by love and examples of his life.

    He is survived by his loving wife Dotty, his oldest daughter Theresa Zwernemann(Jerry), Danielle, Briana, Olivia. His son Danny (Linda) Mike, John and his daughter Kiffy Jacaruso (Jeff) Jake, Travis and Wes and two brothers Peter and Brian.

    The family will receive friends on Friday, January 13, 2016 from 4PM to 8 PM at the Hannemann Funeral Home, Inc. in Nyack. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2016 at 11 AM at St. Francis of Assisi RC Church in West Nyack, NY.

    5. Peter Michael Parrott (Harold Francis2, Sidney Harold1) was born on 20 Apr 1944 in Brooklyn, Kings County, New York and died on 16 Sep 2020 in Long Beach, Los Angeles Co., California at age 76.

    General Notes: April 10, 1944 - September 16, 2020 Born in Brooklyn, New York to Harold Francis Parrott and Josephine Agnes Parrott (nee Brady). Died in Long Beach, CA. He was predeceased by his parents and his older brothers, Harold 'Tod' and Lynn. He is survived by his brother, Brian and his four children, Jeremy Kron, Julie Stein, Adiv Zelony and Avery Parrott as well as six grandchildren. Peter served in the US Army in South Korea.
